  • Never leave a choke collar on your dogs in the house, or outside, unless you are walking or training them. They can easily choke to death if they get caught on something or become entangled with another pet.

  • Keep your dogs safe and sound. Always know where your dogs are. Allow them to exercise in an enclosed area and walk them on a leash. Keep the gate to the yard closed and locked. Devise a system to avoid "door crashing" when the door is opened. Hang a leash over the front doorknob and put it on your pet before the door is opened. Have your dogs wear a personalized identification; including their name, phone number, and address, on their collars, and consider microchips.

  • Feeding your dogs cow hooves and pig ears can be dangerous. Pets can choke on them and have intestinal damage. They are also TOXIC!
