Chloe was found as a stray. She was very thin and terribly distressed. Thankfully, Laura and Mitchell took Chloe into their home and have worked hard to bring back her confidence and love of life. They report that they can't imagine their lives without her! She is a beautifully sweet dog and although there were some obstacles at first, she is so much happier now. She loves her 3 feline sisters. She loves to go for walks and the picture shows her in one of the fields close to their home - on leash of course!
This lovely Shepherd called Finn is five years old and is now neutered. He lived outside tied to a post. His eyes and ears were infected. The only contact he had with humans was when someone thought to feed him. He is doing well now, putting on weight, and he just adores his new mom Helen. Finn never stops smiling and sleeps on the bed. Way to go, Helen!
It's now 7 weeks later and I need to thank you for letting us adopt this sweet little fellow. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO HAVE AROUND OUR HOME. Thanks Adopt-a-dog/Save-a-life and all your volunteers.
Max just loves being outside in our backyard. Everyone that meets him think he is just the smartest fellow. Also, he enjoys his daily walks around the area, though he still pulls a bit. He has met some friends..Sonny and Ginger.
Our home is his forever home and he is completes our puzzle of life.

Rex is a young Retriever/ Shepherd is happy to be out of the pound. He is now neutered. He loves to retrieve and play ball. He is very gentle and loving. Thank you to Helen and Gord for saving a life.
